SAMBA
T360 have offered commercial support for over six years to various blue chip companies, but it is not correct to think of this in terms of a traditional support service.

Samba is an extremely robust piece of software and rarely ‘breaks down’, this is usually attributable to a change that has impacted upon the infrastructure. T360’s service is helping customers to identify where the problem may lie, generally over the telephone, but a site visit can be arranged at an additional cost. However if the problem has not been previously identified, then this has to be escalated to the Samba community for resolution.

T360 do not offer a time to fix, we provide a basic service of Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown.

Samba Training
T360 can provide customised training courses to suit any end user requirement. There are three core subjects that we focus on in designing Samba training courses.

Requirements: This is about identifying the technical requirements of the platform. Identifying whether SAMBA meets these requirements and then designing a SAMBA platform that can scale and evolve to meet these requirements.

Deployment: This focuses on deploying the SAMBA application, ensuring that it has been configured appropriately for the task at hand.
