| T360
have offered commercial support for over six years to various blue
chip companies, but it is not correct to think of this in terms of
a traditional support service.
Samba
is an extremely robust piece of software and rarely ‘breaks
down’, this is usually attributable to a change that has impacted
upon the infrastructure. T360’s
service is helping customers to identify where the problem may lie,
generally over the telephone, but a site visit can be arranged at
an additional cost. However if the problem has not been previously
identified, then this has to be escalated to the Samba community
for resolution.
T360
do not offer a time to fix, we provide a basic service of Monday
to Friday 9am to 5 pm excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown.
