If you enter a Doctors surgery and were immediately given a prescription without telling the Doctor what is wrong you would be worried. T360 do not operate in this way, we believe in listening to our customers and servicing their needs.

T360 promote a culture of diagnose, prescribe and deliver. T360 do not believe that there is a panacea wonder pill solution to our customers’ problems and issues. Whilst many customers share similar issues, no two customers are exactly the same. As such we believe in thoroughly investigating the technical and commercial challenges that our customers are experiencing.

In addition to being able to investigate technical systems we have expertise in understanding business processes. We provide Business Impact Analysis to identify the relationships between the business and IT. Through this knowledge and data collection we can identify the strategic direction that we must follow.

We can perform technical audits, identifying the current operational baseline. Without this reference point there is no means for measuring the success of projects. This basic information allows us to identify the best tactical solutions to support the overall strategic objectives.

We believe that without listening to our customers and investigating the requirements and challenges they face we would not be able to deliver the high quality solutions and services that we are renowned for.
