and servicing their needs.

Whilst many customers share similar issues, no two customers are exactly the same. As such we believe in thoroughly investigating the technical and commercial challenges that our customers are experiencing. In addition to being able to investigate technical systems we have expertise in understanding business processes. We provide Business Impact Analysis to identify the relationships between the business and IT. Through this knowledge and data collection we can identify the strategic direction that we must follow. We can perform technical audits, identifying the current operational baseline. Without this reference point there is no means for measuring the success of projects. This basic information allows us to identify the best tactical solutions to support the overall strategic objectives. We
